Here at The Coconut Hub, we value our customers and every purchase made on our website if, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return policy here.

The following terms apply to any products purchased from our website.

 INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

 

For the purposes of this Return Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Coconut Hub LLC located at 1183 University Dr. Ste 105 PMB 3021 Burlington NC 27215. Goods, items, and products refer to any purchase made on thecoconuthub.com website.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

 

All products bought from our website are eligible to request a refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date; except for

 

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

 1) Lingerie and some sleepwear products that are listed in the “Sleepwear & Intimates” section.

2) Cosmetics and beauty products that are listed in the “Beauty & Cosmetics” section.

 These items are not eligible for return due to health safety and sanitary reasons and will be labeled with *RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED* in the “Return Details” section.

 

 3) The Mega Gold Supplement Line is custom-made to-order products and returns are only accepted for defective products and/or misprints and will be labeled with *CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER* in the “Return Details” section.

 

4) Items individually marked with *CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER* in the “Return Details” section of the product listing are custom-made for each order, and returns are only accepted for defective items and/or misprints, these items will be labeled with *RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED* in the “Return Details” section.

 

5) PERFUME- Return requests on our perfumes will be accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date, we understand that customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to request a return of the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged by the customer or has been used or worn, you will not be eligible for a refund. In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, please make sure these conditions are met:

 

1) The product must be returned in its original packaging

 

2) The product must be clean and unworn and have not been used or damaged by the customer.

 

3) The product must include original tags (if applicable)

 

4) The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase (purchase confirmation email)

 

5) Items tagged with *CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER* in the Return Details section of the product listing must be defective or contain misprints to qualify for a refund.

 

 REFUND/RETURN EXEMPTIONS

 

The Coconut Hub will not grant refunds or replacements due to:

 

 1) WRONG ADDRESS - If the customer inputs an incorrect address and does not receive the product or the carrier returns the product to us due to an insufficient address.

 

 2) WRONG SIZE ON CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

 

Note: please take your measurements before ordering, refund requests for wrong sizes on items labeled with *CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER* will not be accepted.

Refund requests for all other clothing items follow our general return policy and are eligible for a return for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

 

 3)DAMAGED, USED, OR WORN ITEMS- Products must be clean, unworn, and have not been used or damaged

 

4) CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS- Items marked with *CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER* in the “Return Details” section of the product description will not be accepted unless they are defective or contain misprints.

 

 RETURN SHIPPING

 

All Returns must be sent by mail. The Customer is required to ship the items back to us and will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

If you would like to request a refund please contact support at info@thecoconuthub.com, a return label will be emailed to you with your return and shipping instructions. There are no restocking fees on our website.

 After we receive and inspect your product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The time frame in which you receive your funds may vary depending on your bank. All refunds will be refunded to the Original Payment Method used during the purchase. You will be updated on the return status through email.
